Thank you for considering the Simply Giving program. You enrollment is very easy. Just download the form by clicking on the link below and printing off the form. Deliver it however you like to the church office. When you attend church just add the Green Card, found in the slots on the back of the pews, to the collection basket during the Offertory. It represents your concern for a consistent income stream at St. John’s which you support though SIMPLY GIVING.
