We’ve collected the most commonly requested forms at St. John’s, and placed them all here for your convenience. Most of our papers are available in electronic form – if you don’t see what you need here, just ask.

Visionotes is the official newsletter of St. John’s Lutheran Church. It is published monthly, and sent to all members, prospective members, and friends of the congregation. Visionotes is edited by Judy Bratzke. The deadline for submissions is the third Thursday of every month.

The Epistle is the weekly announcement insert for St. John’s worship bulletin. It includes prayer concerns, upcoming events, information about the worship service, and more. The deadline for items to be included in the Epistle is 8:00 each Wednesday morning. Items should be submitted to the parish secretary.

The church council meets at 7:00 on the second Monday of each month. Members of the congregation are welcome at council meetings – if you have business with the council, please let the president know beforehand so you can be added to the agenda.

Minutes from each council meeting will be posted here after they have been approved at the following month’s meeting.
