Membership Form

It’s easy to become a member!

Ready to learn more about our congregation? Interested in making a commitment to the life and ministry of St. John’s Lutheran Church? In a two-hour Membership Orientation we’ll learn about each other and about this congregation. These Membership Orientations are held regularly throughout the year. Just contact the church office for the next session.

So that we can know you better and be in contact with you, we ask you to download and complete a personal membership profile. Return it to the church office or bring it with you to orientation. All along the way, we’ll work with you to make the membership process painless, and even enjoyable.

Whether you’re new to the church, transferring from another congregation, or returning to your roots, we are delighted that God is calling you. Please let us know if we can be of assistance to you in any way.

Simply Giving Program

Thank you for considering the Simply Giving program. You enrollment is very easy. Just download the form by clicking on the link below and printing off the form. Deliver it however you like to the church office. When you attend church just add the Green Card, found in the slots on the back of the pews, to the collection basket during the Offertory. It represents your concern for a consistent income stream at St. John’s which you support though SIMPLY GIVING.
