Seamstresses/Seamsters Needed!

SEWERS NEEDED FOR LWR SCHOOL BAGS AND BABY SLEEPERS
Do you need a winter sewing project? We need people to sew school bags and sleepers for Baby Care kits. LWR has asked that all sleepers
have “no feet”. Because we have many sleepers “with feet”, we need sewers to cut off the feet and put a small hem on them. Please consider
doing this project and serving in mission.
QUILT SQUARES AVAILABLE FOR SEWERS
The quilting ladies have prepared some quilt squares that a ready for assembly into a quilt top. If you can help with this project it would be
very much appreciated. The squares are located on the table for LWR.

Every Sunday morning after worship we enjoy a time of conversation over refreshments. This fellowship fuels our bodies and our spirits. Please consider signing up for one Sunday to donate pastries and serve. We would like a team of three for each Sunday. If you add your name, we’ll help recruit your team and give you a reminder. See the calendars posted on the kiosk in the narthex (gathering area).

Join the Sunday Morning Fellowship

Make fellowship part of your Sunday morning experience at St. John’s. Grab a treat and a cup of coffee. Greet an old friend and meet a new one. No need to be shy. Ask someone what their name is, how long they’ve been around St. John’s, what the do during the week, and before you know, you have a new friend. You might learn something new, too. Then we’ll all head off to learning hour from 10:15 am to 11:15 am.
